Tracy Douthitt

Director of Business Operations

Tracy joined the Second B team in January of 2022. Prior to joining Second B, she was an educator for 16 years. Tracy earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration from West Texas A&M. She worked in banking, finance and accounting before becoming an educator. Born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, Tracy and her husband relocated to Lubbock to be near their two grown children (and hopefully one day grand-babies). Tracy enjoys helping her husband remodel houses, working in the yard, reading, hiking, kayaking and she might be considered a crazy cat lady.
