Singles Ministry

Single adults play a critical role in the life and ministry of Second Baptist Church. They are involved in every area of the life of the church – the Leadership Team, the Diaconate, the Adult Choir, our Stephen Ministry, Sunday School and all forms of worship leadership. The singles in our church are committed to our vision statement – “Putting People into Partnership with God.”

Second B's ministry to singles extends beyond the Sunday School hour. The leadership is responsible for planning the various singles’ events: dining out, fun trips, retreats, mission projects and seminars.

The singles enjoy their own Sunday School class called "Visions," which meets at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings in Room 133. The class is not limited to singles, however; many of our singles are members of other adult Sunday School classes as well.

If you are single, you will be welcome at any of our events. At Second B, being single is a way to get connected!
